Capital Markets and Advisory has been formed with the primary objective of building a relationship driven lending business and offering customized solutions for every product need of all Corporates across the risk curve. This is in line with our vision to make Piramal Finance a preferred financial solution provider for Corporates for their wholesale funding requirements. Capital Markets and Advisory houses the Corporate Client Coverage Group (CCG) and the Syndication Group.
The Corporate Client Coverage Group is the relationship management team of Piramal Finance and is responsible for developing and maintaining direct relationships with Corporates. The team provides customized solutions to clients for their borrowing requirements. CCG covers corporate clients across geographies and sectors and is present across all four zones. CCG has a strong team having rich lending experience combined with wide network of relationships across business groups.
Syndication Group is responsible for down-selling of various underwritten transactions. Syndication Group works with Banks, Financial institutions, Mutual funds, NBFCs, AIFs and FPIs. The syndication capability enables Piramal Finance to underwrite large transactions and thereby provide a comprehensive one stop solution to clients.
